If it is something that we can create, we will work with you to produce a wonderful, individual piece.

If you can't find the perfect gift on our website, a gift certificate may be the perfect answer.
There are several options to choose from, such as a set price or a specific jewellery item.
In each case, the recipient may choose something from our existing range,

Unless noted otherwise, jewelry is custom sized at no charge. However:

Availability of materials may restrict the length of items.
Longer length necklaces may cost more than shorter lengths.
All orders are dispatched within 5 working days of payment unless advised otherwise.
Most packages throughout Australia will be sent by Registered Post at a cost of $5 - $10
We can also arrange for your order to be delivered by courier at an additional cost.
Please let us know if you would prefer this when you order.
Overseas orders will be sent via Australia Post.
Orders in and around Brisbane and Melbourne may be delivered personally to your
home or workplace. We will advise you if this is possible when we confirm your order.

All IvanaRosa jewellery is guaranteed for the life of the piece against breakage of components.
Please note that many of our jewellery pieces are made with natural gemstones which have natural flaws.
These characteristics are part of the unique creation of the piece and as such do not need to be fixed.
If a particular item cannot be matched, we will provide you with an item of similar value.
Returns Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase we will exchange your order
for an item of the same value or provide a refund (minus postage and administration costs).
Your unused product must be returned in the same packaging
in which it was sent within 15 days of the invoice date.
Please include a copy of the invoice along with a brief reason for the product's return.
